Catalyst's management team is ambitious and genuinely seeks to enable the team to develop. I initially expected that I would need several years to prove my worth before I would be considered for the next level but after only a year with the company I was offered the opportunity to become a director and lead my own operation. I know from this experience that with Catalyst, I am judged on the merit of my capabilities and achievements.

Throughout my time with Catalyst, I always found management to be open and eager to take big and bold approaches when it came to tech. Being able to contribute with my own suggestions and empowered with the means to implement them was definitively unique

From day 1 I was given my own list of clients, I was very afraid of stumbling as these were important responsibilities but I soon discovered that my manager and the leadership were really there to support me every step of the way. I received coaching on a daily basis and was presented with appropriate opportunities to learn and gain feedback. Today I am the one training others in the same manner and feel confident to do so

I was given the opportunity to join Catalyst and wasn't quite sure whether I would meet the expectations set out. But after a few days I felt very much at ease, there was ample support from my manager and the team early on and I could feel the progress week after week. After a few months, my manager came to me spontaneously to let me know how proud he was of my work and progress which helped me feel not only confident but intrisically capable.

I found with Catalyst that the meaning of team spirit was not taken in vain. Sometimes I was faced with significant workloads and wasn't quite sure how to manage. The team immediately came together and looked for solutions. In the end we prevailed and got everything through on time and with high standards but more importantly, I knew I could count on my colleagues and the management to help out when needed.
