Catalyst is seeking a motivated Manager to lead and grow our team in Belgium. As a Manager, you will oversee a team of 4, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. If you're passionate about team development and business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager at Catalyst, you will be responsible for both team management and operational success. You’ll ensure quality service delivery, develop your team, and grow client revenues through exceptional client service and business development.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of seniors and juniors, ensuring quality and timeliness in deliverables.
  • Train and coach team members, fostering growth and capability in their roles.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and participate in hiring decisions for senior and junior staff.
  • Maintain operational efficiency while promoting a productive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Excellence

  • Supervise and ensure the quality of client files.
  • Assist your team with complex tasks, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Validate and review submissions, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Handle the most complex client cases and ensure service-level agreements (SLA) are met.

Client Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Integrate new clients and grow existing client portfolios by offering additional services.
  • Manage client profitability, invoicing, and ensure high service levels.
  • Lead efforts to expand service offerings within your portfolio.

Career Path & Requirements

The ideal candidate is on track to or already holds the **ITAA** qualification, with a minimum of **2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant**. The role requires:

  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring the quality and autonomy of their work.
  • Strong commercial skills, having managed a portfolio of clients independently and delivered high client satisfaction.
  • A track record of advising clients and upselling additional services.
